If you sign up your dive shop with us, we additionally collect your business name, contact name, business email, phone, website, and zip code.

• To send you a confirmation email about your match.

• To improve our service through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

Who we share it with

Your contact information is shared with one matched dive shop in your area so they can reach out. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with marketers, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the single matched shop.

Data retention

We retain lead records to operate our matching service and run our business. You may request deletion of your record at any time by emailing info@learnscubanow.com.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@learnscubanow.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

We use minimal first-party storage required for the site to function. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Children

Our service is intended for adults. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian submit on your behalf.
